Job summary

CTES Consulting Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Manager, Estates to lead workplace safety, fire safety and regulatory compliance across SIT campuses in Singapore.

You will drive safety management systems, oversee incidents, audits, and licences, and partner with operations to ensure safe, compliant facilities. The role requires extensive experience in occupational safety, QEHS concepts, and strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore workplace safety, health and fire safety regulations and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Workplace Safety, Health & Fire Safety policies and management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits and investigations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate fire drills and CERT activation, and manage licences and regulatory submissions.
• Provide safety oversight for campus development, upgrading and refurbishment projects.
