Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an Estate Manager in the Sales Department to drive digital transformation and process improvements for the HDB flat buying journey. You will administer the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme, coordinate with stakeholders and developers, and ensure high-quality customer service across sales applications, appeals, and housing grant cases.

You may rotate to serve as Customer Relations Manager, handling registrations, appeals, and case reports, while liaising with appellants,

Qualifications

Background in Real Estate
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-service mindset and ability to build rapport at all levels

Responsibilities

Develop, administer, and review systems and e-services to improve operational efficiency and customer service in the HDB flat buying journey.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and property developers on Executive Condominium projects and administer the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme.
Process sales applications, appeals, and housing grant cases, and draft case reports for management.
Rotate to act as Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to deliver quality services to applicants and residents, including processing from registration to keys issuance and handling appeals.
