Job summary

GREENA CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Business Development Associate to support tender submissions, client engagement, and marketing activities focusing on ESD and ESG projects.

You will prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate with technical teams to drive growth and sustainability initiatives. The role involves handling inquiries, reviewing tenders, developing cost quotations, tracking proposals, and supporting marketing efforts such as LinkedIn and website updates while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Building Science, or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in QS, building performance, or green building consulting
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and cost control principles
• Experience in QS workflows
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs and other business opportunities; respond to client inquiries promptly
• Study tender requirements, ensure internal compliance and submission readiness
• Develop proposals, technical submissions, and cost quotations
• Track quotations and proposals; maintain client communications
• Represent the company in tender interviews and interviews prep
• Review contracts to align with company interests and liaise with legal
• Support marketing and branding activities, website updates, LinkedIn posts
• Assist ESD/ESG projects with reporting and carbon accounting tasks
