Job summary

Continental is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support supplier information workflows in Singapore. You will verify data consistency, initiate external tests, and track progress in EU-Traces, while coordinating with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely resolution.

The role requires strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with analytical rigor and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel.
• Able to use MS Office, especially Outlook, Teams and Word.
• Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written.
• Fast learner with analytical mindset.
• Team oriented with ability to work under time pressure.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive critical supplier information and check it for consistency.
• Initiate testing of supplier information via upload to external testing platform and retrieve results.
• Follow up with suppliers who do not provide information on time.
• Escalate problems in supplier files to senior colleagues for solutions.
• Upload validated files into EU-Traces system and retrieve response.
• Handover EU-Traces responses to the Supply Chain Department for further processing.
• Track all steps in a tracking file.
• Initial troubleshooting and fast escalation to seniors for critical issues.
