Job summary

ESGpedia is seeking a Client Success Associate to empower clients from onboarding through their first reporting cycle. You will guide users in platform setup, deliver tailored training sessions, and help prepare ESG reports using ESGpedia’s tools and frameworks.

You will collaborate with product, technical, and sustainability teams to troubleshoot issues, capture feedback, and ensure a smooth, high‑touch client journey.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sustainability reporting or carbon accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, ISSB, TCFD, GHG Protocol) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, including platform walkthroughs and user orientation.
• Deliver live or virtual training sessions to help clients understand ESGpedia features and reporting workflows.
• Assist clients in organising and inputting ESG data to support sustainability reports.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and sustainability teams to resolve support tickets and share feedback.
• Support client retention by maintaining strong relationships and surfacing renewal opportunities.
