Job summary

ESGpedia in Singapore seeks a Client Success Associate to guide clients from onboarding through their first reporting cycle. You will train users, help organize ESG data, and support tailored reporting using ESGpedia’s tools and frameworks.

You will collaborate with product and sustainability teams to resolve issues, drive adoption, and nurture long-term client relationships, aligning with renewal opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sustainability reporting or carbon accounting.
• Degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science or Engineering.
• Experience preparing ESG disclosures using frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD, or the GHG Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients, including account setup, platform walkthroughs, and user orientation.
• Deliver live or virtual training sessions on ESGpedia features, data input processes, and reporting workflows.
• Guide clients on aligning report sections with ESGpedia templates and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and sustainability teams to resolve support tickets and provide feedback for improvements.
• Support client renewals by providing usage insights to assist renewal discussions.
