Job summary

Lucky Joint Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an ERP Administrator to manage and support FNT ERP systems, digital site inspection, and QA/QC applications. You will provide 1st/2nd line user support, handle user access, perform configuration tasks, and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.

The role requires ERP experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into system enhancements.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in ERP administration, application support, business systems, or IT user support is preferred.
Able to communicate effectively with users from different departments and levels.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Good command of both English and Chinese, including reading Chinese system interfaces and technical documentation.
Basic knowledge of coding, scripting, databases, APIs, or system integration is an advantage.
Experience with Yonyou, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce or any other ERP platforms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Administer and support the FNT System, ERP platform, Digital Site Inspection and QA/QC Application, and related business systems.
Provide first- and second-level support for system users, including login, access, navigation, workflow, configuration, and system-related issues.
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, security settings, and access rights.
Troubleshoot user-reported issues, monitor outstanding matters, and coordinate with vendors or technical consultants until resolution.
Maintain ERP and system master data, configurations, forms, checklists, workflows, approval processes, report templates, and change records.
Gather, clarify, document, and translate operational requirements from business users into system enhancement requests.
Coordinate system enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, patches, user acceptance testing (UAT), and new feature rollouts.
Prepare and maintain user guides, system documentation, issue logs, change logs, and process documentation.
Conduct user training, refresher sessions, and system-adoption initiatives for employees across departments.
Monitor system performance, usage, adoption, recurring issues, and vendor service performance; elevate technical issues where required.
Generate operational and management reports, maintain dashboards, and assist business units with data extraction and reporting improvements.
Assist management with data analysis, performance reporting, and identifying system-related improvement opportunities.
Liaise with software vendors and service providers on support matters, project deliverables, enhancements, and service performance.
Assist in coordinating Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), backup verification, disaster recovery activities, cybersecurity awareness, and access-control compliance.
Identify opportunities to digitise manual processes and participate in digital transformation, system implementation, workflow improvement, and integration initiatives across the organisation.
