Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in automation, RPA, workflow development, Power Platform, software engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar tools.
• Programming/scripting experience, preferably Python.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions.
• Experience with workflow design, business rules, exception handling, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to work across Business and IT teams.
• Experience working in structured, governed, and regulated environments.
