Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to support implementation projects for real estate and asset management clients. The role collaborates with developers, project managers, and account managers to tailor ERP solutions for financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property operations or ERP implementations, with strong SQL and reporting tool knowledge. Travel to client sites and a proactive, independent work style are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of exposure to property operations, including accounting and lease management or ERP Implementation.
• Knowledge of financial services front and back office operations.
• Experience in software training and implementation a big plus.
• Ability to handle clients effectively, escalating issues when needed.
• Aptitude for new technologies.
• Energetic and dynamic professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to travel on client sites.
• Ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Understanding of SQL dB and reporting tools.
• Understanding and technical skills of Microsoft SharePoint a benefit.

• Fosters client relationships by providing the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Hel ps our clients determine the best ways to their business model into our application by testing and documenting their requirement needs.
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
