Job summary

ITCAN Pte Limited is seeking a Workday Functional Consultant / Functional Solution Architect (Workday Financials) to drive finance ERP implementations. The role requires 8–12 years of experience with cloud-based ERP Financials and at least one full lifecycle project, plus strong finance process knowledge and excellent English communication.

Ideal candidates will have a degree (postgraduate preferred) and background in consulting with Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• A well-recognized degree and preferably a postgraduate qualification.
• Cloud based Finance ERP experience with at least one-two full life cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of finance systems and processes; understands accounting principles.
• Experience in consulting teams delivering bespoke solutions using agile methods.
• Excellent English communication, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Functional solution architecture for Workday Financials and related modules.
• Manage a project and team; PMP is beneficial.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver cloud-based ERP Finance solutions.
• Travel locally and abroad as required for project assignments.

Workday Functional Consultant / Functional Solution Architect (Workday Financials)

• A well-recognized Degree and preferably a postgraduate qualification
• Cloud based Finance ERP experience
• CPA is a plus for functional consultants
• Workday Financials experience and certification is a plus
• Min 8 - 12 years working experience and have implemented cloud-based ERP Financials with at least one-two full life cycle implementation
• Strong functional knowledge of finance systems and processes Understands accounting principles and concepts
• Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods and committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
• Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in challenging situations with changing priorities
• Drive, tenacity, client focused, results oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and to tight project timelines with willingness to work
• outside of office base
• Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment

ERP Platform: Workday Financials

• Functional solution architecture
• Ability to manage a project/ team, ideally with PMP certificate (good to have)

• Functional – SAP : FICO, MM, PP,Oracle : AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, PO, OMWorkday :FINACCT, Customers, Procurement, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement, Projects
• Technical – Integrations development, Reports development etc

Technical team focuses on developing and coding of the system which in today's SaaS case includes mainly on building integrations and reports or extensions. The main system build (configurations) is done by the functional team which is listed above.
