Job summary

Eastspring Investments is hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst in Singapore to support the development and execution of the enterprise risk management framework for a global asset management business. You will monitor risk appetite, emerging risks, ESG risk management and policy governance, reporting to the ERM Specialist.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in second-line risk management and/or compliance.
• Exposure to enterprise, transformation and ESG risk and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with sustainability issues and international ESG standards.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the enterprise risk management framework.
• Monitor risk appetite and reporting; support risk reporting across the enterprise.
• Coordinate ESG risk management and ESG risk guidance with Risk, Compliance and Legal functions.
• Assist policy governance by maintaining policy governance standards and central repository.
