Qualifications

7+ years hands-on PM/BA in Global Markets Equities/Trading tech.
Strong analytical skills to drive complex business requirements.
Deep understanding of trading flows and front-to-back product knowledge.
Proven ability to lead meetings and delivery plans.
Excellent communication with developers, leads and stakeholders.
Proficient with Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of equity technology projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams and vendors.
Develop project plans, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation standards.
Identify risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues.
Communicate project status to senior stakeholders and leadership.
