Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd seeks a VP, Full Stack Engineering Lead for Equity Products and Execution to shape the technical vision of an integrated equity platform. You will drive cloud-native architecture, mentor squads, and own high-throughput workflows across Cash Equities and Derivatives.

You will implement real-time data and trading workflows using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and ReactJS, while integrating market data feeds and pricing models.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in enterprise financial environments with leadership of Agile squads.
• Hands-on mastery of Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, and Python.
• Cloud-native architectures on Kubernetes/OpenShift with CI/CD.
• Ability to consolidate requirements into robust reusable services.
• Designs for high-availability, low-latency equity platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Cash Equities, Equity Swaps, and Derivatives.
• Commitment to TDD, automation, and clean-code practices.
• Interest in AI coding tools and LLMs to boost delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership and evolve the equity execution platform.
• Mentor engineering squads and enforce shared standards.
• Design low-latency transaction flows and real-time data distribution.
• Lead full-stack delivery with Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
• Integrate market data from Bloomberg Reuters and exchanges.
• Develop reusable services across multiple equity product lines.
• Evaluate AI/LLM technologies to improve developer productivity.
