Job summary

GRANDBULL NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned financial analyst to evaluate performance, identify risks, and propose optimization opportunities. The role involves industry research to guide strategic decisions and applying rigorous financial analyses to deliver actionable insights.

You will support portfolio management, assist in investment strategy and risk analysis, and prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations. Strong bilingual communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or related undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CFA, MBA, CPA, CMA qualifications are preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English with strong written, reading, and spoken communication skills is required.

Relevant Work Experience

• Experience in investment management in a formal employment capacity, and

• Experience in deal structuring for mergers & acquisitions, particularly for candidates focusing on private equity, venture capital, or direct investments

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Those with professional qualifications such as CFA, MBA, CPA, CMA are preferred
