Job summary

CPG Corporation in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to independently manage investment evaluation, analysis, project coordination and management reporting for the Group’s investment projects and strategic initiatives.

The role will work with business units and corporate functions across the investment lifecycle, from initial evaluation through approval, implementation and post-investment monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or related advisory.
• Hands-on experience in investment evaluation, financial analysis and due diligence.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities and investment-related business expansion or strategic initiatives.
• Conduct financial and business analysis, review and apply financial models, assess key assumptions and returns, and perform sensitivity/scenario analysis where required.
• Identify key commercial, financial and strategic issues, assumptions and risks, and formulate recommendations for review by the Department Head and management.
• Prepare investment papers and supporting analyses for internal review and approval.
• Manage assigned investment projects across the investment lifecycle under the overall supervision of the Department Head.
• Coordinate due diligence and inputs from Finance, Legal, Risk Control, business units, external advisers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, approvals, deliverables and follow-up actions.
• Prepare clear and concise investment papers, management reports, presentations and project updates for internal review and management decision-making.
• Manage post-investment monitoring, track investment performance and key commitments, and prepare periodic review reports for management.

Job Requirements

• Hands‑on experience in investment evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence and project execution.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving skills, with good business acumen.
• Good financial analysis and business evaluation capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
