About Us

We are a Singapore-based investment company with exposure across global index ETFs, bonds, hedge funds, private credit, private equity (funds and direct investments), real estate and digital assets within approved limits. We operate through an institutionalised investment process with tiered due diligence, independent risk review and Investment Committee decision-making.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on investment role in a lean family office for an experienced professional who can take substantial ownership of the full investment lifecycle - from opportunity screening, analysis and due diligence through Investment Committee approval, transaction execution, ongoing monitoring and eventual exit. The role also contributes to portfolio implementation and monitoring within the CIO/IC-approved framework.

Candidates with approximately 6 years of relevant experience may be considered at Senior Investment Analyst level. Candidates demonstrating independent transaction ownership may be appointed Investment Manager. Candidates with strong portfolio-management experience - including portfolio construction, asset allocation and SAA/TAA - may be appointed Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and prioritise fund, manager, private credit, private equity direct and co-investment opportunities and maintain a clear investment pipeline.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative fund/manager due diligence, including investment process, performance, risk, capacity, fees, terms, operational due diligence and conflicts.
• Lead or coordinate commercial, financial and investment due diligence on private equity direct and co-investments, including external legal, tax, financial and valuation work where required.
• Build and review financial models and analyse LPAs, PPMs, term sheets, shareholder agreements and transaction structures, identifying material commercial terms, downside protections and exit mechanics.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready investment memoranda and Investment Committee materials, and clearly present recommendations, key risks, open items and proposed mitigants.
• Support and, where assigned, independently manage post-IC execution, signing/closing, ongoing monitoring and eventual exit, coordinating with advisers, counterparties and financial institutions.
• Monitor portfolio positioning, liquidity, concentration and manager/fund exposures and recommend sizing, funding, rebalancing orhold/increase/reduce/exit actions within the approved framework.

Essential Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in buy-side investing, family office, FoF/fund research, private equity, private credit, investment banking M&A or transaction services.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience taking ownership of end-to-end private investment transactions, including due diligence, structuring, adviser coordination, negotiation support, signing/closing and post-investment follow-up.
• Experience across fund/manager due diligence and direct/co-investment analysis, with strong financial modelling capability.
• Ability to independently read and analyse LPAs, PPMs, term sheets, shareholder agreements and related investment documents and identify the commercial implications of key provisions.
• Ability to assess liquidity, concentration, asset allocation and portfolio fit. Candidates considered for Portfolio Manager title should demonstrate strong portfolio construction, asset allocation and SAA/ TAA experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce decision-ready Investment Committee materials and clearly articulate investment risks and open issues.

Preferred

• Multi-asset family office, FoF, private markets or portfolio-management experience.
• CFA, CAIA, CPA/CA or another relevant professional qualification; practical investment capability remains the primary consideration.
• Familiarity with PitchBook, Preqin, eFront or similar databases/systems.
• Relevant investment, GP, private-bank or professional networks in Singapore and/or China.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates maybe invited to complete a practical case assessment covering fund-document review, investment analysis and transaction terms, and may be asked to provide a redacted investment memorandum or due diligence work sample where available.
