Job summary

TD Securities Singapore seeks an experienced Application Support professional to provide Level 1/2 production support for Capital Markets platforms, including Sophis, Murex and RTNS. You will work with Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office teams to ensure trade workflows, risk management, and end-of-day processing run smoothly across a global support model.

You will troubleshoot SQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell and scripting,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Markets production support experience.
• Hands-on support with Sophis, SwapOne and/or Murex.
• Experience with Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities, and FX trading.
• Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office workflow knowledge.
• Strong SQL and Linux troubleshooting with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell and scripting skills.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, STP, ECN connectivity, market data feeds, Autosys.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ITRS Geneos.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, change, release management.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps models.
• Excellent stakeholder communication for a follow-the-sun model.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Capital Markets applications.
• Support Sophis/SwapOne, Murex, RTNS, and related platforms.
• Monitor trade booking, pricing, market data, and VaR processes.
• Support Front/Middle/Back Office users across global operations.
• Troubleshoot SQL and databases (Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Troubleshoot Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, and PowerShell issues.
• Manage market connectivity, FIX, ECN, and data feeds.
• Support Autosys job scheduling and workflow monitoring.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases per process.
• Operate in a follow-the-sun model with shift coverage.
