Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable post-trade operations professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Equity Total Return Swaps and other OTC equity derivatives, including trade booking, affirmation, amendments and lifecycle events.

You will verify trade economics, financing events, dividend adjustments and corporate actions, while resolving trade discrepancies and operational exceptions with Front Office and counterparties. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience.
• Experience with Equity Total Return Swaps or Equity Derivatives would be an added advantage.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end post-trade lifecycle of Equity Total Return Swaps (TRS) and other OTC Equity Derivatives, including trade booking, affirmation, amendments and lifecycle events.
• Verify trade economics, financing events, dividend adjustments and corporate actions, while resolving trade discrepancies and operational exceptions with Front Office and counterparties.
• Manage daily cash and securities settlement, perform reconciliations and investigate trade breaks and settlement discrepancies.
• Set up client accounts and maintain static data, trading parameters, settlement instructions, product permissions and account settings following approved KYC requirements.
• Support UAT, system enhancements, new product implementations and operational readiness for Equity Derivatives platforms.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, clearing agents and liquidity providers to facilitate efficient trade processing and settlement.
• Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams to support daily business activities and ensure business continuity.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancement and system optimization, and maintain SOPs, control documentation and operating manuals.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
