OCBC Bank Singapore invites an experienced AVP to manage equity settlements across Singapore and global markets. You will ensure timely, accurate settlement, monitor exceptions, and drive improvements in risk and controls. Lead post-trade operations and collaborate with brokers and exchanges.

The role requires 5–8 years in equities settlements, strong reconciliation and SWIFT knowledge, and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team in a 100% on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years in Equities Settlements or Securities Operations.
• Strong knowledge of settlement risk, reconciliation, and controls.
• Experience with SWIFT messaging and market infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end settlement of equity trades across Singapore and international markets.
• Monitor and resolve settlement exceptions, failed trades, and reconciliation breaks.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, counterparties, exchanges, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure BAU activities meet SLIs and KPIs, and escalate risks timely.
• Support market claims, buy-ins, penalties, and post-trade activities.
• Produce accurate management information and exception reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation and control enhancements.
• Support system enhancements, UAT, and change initiatives.
• Lead the Equities Settlements team with SLA compliance and coverage.
