Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of semiconductor equipment experience with team lead or supervisor role.
• Strong expertise in Dry Etch, CVD or PVD and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment reliability, uptime, and performance metrics across assigned toolsets.
• Lead RCA/PM programs, drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Mentor engineers and technicians, plan staffing and training.
• Collaborate with process, logistics, and support teams to ensure equipment readiness.
