Job summary

STMICROELECTRONICS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to install, calibrate and commission wafer-handling equipment, ensuring safety, quality and ecology standards across projects.

You will perform corrective and preventive maintenance, supervise as Tool Owner for assigned tasks, and drive reliability improvements through timely maintenance and calibration, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering with relevant experience.
Experience with wafer handling equipment.
Experience with semiconductor/electrical wafer testing equipment is an advantage.
Experience in cleanroom environment is an advantage.
Good teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Good communication with peers.

Responsibilities

Install and follow up equipment, ensuring safety, schedule, quality and ecology specs.
Perform corrective maintenance to keep equipment within spec and reliable.
Act as Tool Owner to supervise designated tasks per specification.
Execute preventive maintenance and calibration per procedures and timelines.
Suggest and follow up on equipment improvements and reliability programs to achieve results.
