• Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
• Studies equipment performance and reliability.
• Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
• Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
• Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules & prepare all required & related documents for Equipment.
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Works cross-functionally and interacts with internal & external personnel.
• Supervisor for normal work Team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient software knowledge in MS Office applications (e.g Excel, Macros, Lotus Notes) & Manufacturing Execution System (E.g PROMIS, FDC, SEC/GEM & UtilEyes)
• Knowledge of using tools to diagnose, resolve issue (e.g. digital multi-meter, hand tools, Vacuum diagnostic)
• Exercises good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Ability to use professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Possess good interpersonal & influencing skills.
• Experience in Lithography Tools (Coat/Expose/Develop), Wafer Bonder + Metrology tools
