Job summary

Internetwork Expert is seeking an Equipment Control Executive to manage Demurrage and Detention (D&D) reconciliation, monitor container utilization, and maintain accurate system records to support cost optimization and efficient equipment operations.

You will extract, reconcile, and visualize operational data, support EQC workflows, verify depot invoices for accuracy, and assist with ad-hoc tasks while ensuring timely reporting and sound operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or shipping-related discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred.
• IICL standards knowledge; IICL certification is an advantage.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking ability.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile D&D charges to ensure billing accuracy.
• Monitor long-stay empty containers to optimize asset utilization.
• Maintain accurate container movement records in OPUS.
• Verify depot invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Support EQC workflows for tracking container assets.
• Extract, reconcile, and visualize operational data for reporting.
• Carry out ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through analytics.
• Assist in other assigned ad-hoc duties.
