Job summary

Kerry Consulting seeks a Singapore-qualified Legal Counsel to join the legal team for a global engineering client. You will draft, review and negotiate EPC, consultancy, procurement and subcontractor contracts, while advising on development, tendering and delivery across regional projects.

The role demands 4–7 years of EPC/construction experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to provide practical guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Singapore or common law qualified lawyer with 4–7 years of experience advising on EPC, construction, infrastructure or large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for complex construction and commercial contracts.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to advise across fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across the full lifecycle of projects: development, tendering, contracting, execution and delivery.
• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, consultancy, procurement and subcontractor agreements and other commercial docs.
• Identify legal/commercial risks and advise on contract administration and claims; support compliance across governance frameworks.
