Job summary

Swire Shipping seeks a Skills Bridge Specialist - Environmental Data Compliance, Systems and Automation to design, implement and embed a governance framework for environmental data across Swire Shipping and Swire Bulk.

The role translates group data policy into practical processes, delivering auditable data controls and pragmatic tools where automation is limited. You will work across offices, vessels and logistics to improve data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in environmental/ESG data management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern environmental data across Swire Shipping and Swire Bulk.
• Design end‑to‑end data processes and controls for data quality and auditability.
• Identify data owners and coordinate with multiple functions to implement tools and automation.
