Job summary

Wilhelmsen Port Services is seeking a Data & Analytics Architect to lead the development and governance of data, analytics, and BI landscape globally. You will ensure data assets, master data models, and analytics capabilities align with business needs and Enterprise Architecture strategy.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications, you will collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, application teams, and architects to drive governance, automation, and data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Data Architecture, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and data lifecycle processes.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide analytics and BI strategies.
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams and methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain roadmaps for master data objects and data models across Port Services applications.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver reporting and analytics solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the BI backlog.
• Contribute to technology strategy and enterprise architecture planning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
