Job summary

SOIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Environmental Control Officer to oversee site environmental programs in Singapore. You will coordinate and implement control measures, ensure compliance with NEA and EHS regulations, and prepare regular environmental reports.

The role requires a registered ECO with NEA, ECMO qualification, and strong knowledge of OSH/ISO documentation. You will advise site staff on environmental matters and maintain essential regulatory records.

Qualifications

• Experience managing environmental control programs on site.
• Strong knowledge of NEA and EHS regulations.
• Proficient in English communication, reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement all Environmental Control Programs.
• Ensure compliance of operations with NEA and EHS regulations.
• Produce Site Environmental Control Report on a regular basis.
• Conduct environmental control audits and investigations.
• Perform the statutory roles of Registered ECO and maintain good environmental health standards.
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as required by authorities.
• Advise site staff on all matters related to environmental issues.
