• Diploma in HR or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.
• Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, recruitment platforms, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate timely interview feedback with hiring managers and track recruitment progress.
• Prepare employment-related documentation and assist with pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding arrangements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns, career fairs and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support for HR and recruitment activities.
