Qualifications
- Degree in IT/Business/Engineering is required or preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to coordinate with business users and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from admin, operations, and system users.
- Translate needs into clear functional requirements.
- Coordinate between stakeholders, SAP developers and vendors.
- Support validation, UAT, defect tracking and follow-up.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, test scripts, and guides.
