The role requires identifying opportunities to improve fabrication processes for existing high runner jobs, supporting MRB meetings, and preparing PMP/FMEA and work instructions for FA submissions, while developing process control specifications and ensuring
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Entry level Diploma graduates welcome to apply.
- Experience in semiconductor, equipment maintenance, manufacturing or engineering is advantageous.
- Meticulous, organized team player.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain ERP routing for new work orders.
- Coordinate with CNC programming team on NPI and FA fabrication.
- Identify opportunities to improve fabrication processes for high-runner jobs.
- Support MRB meetings and provide disposition recommendations.
- Prepare PMP, FMEA and work instructions for FA submissions.
- Develop manufacturing studies and process control specifications.
- Review process specs to align with product changes and quality improvements.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
