Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment in the healthcare sector in Singapore. You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to business development and client relations.

No prior experience is required as mentorship and training are provided, with clear progression paths and opportunities for site visits to healthcare companies to broaden your experience.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates in the healthcare industry, from job briefing to offer management
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes for placed candidates
• Conduct business development for the company
• Liaise with clients and companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Support the overall wellbeing of staff and contribute positively to the team's culture and performance
