ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Support Technician to join our team. You will deliver frontline desktop support, configure devices, and assist users with password resets and access issues.

You will also handle basic network troubleshooting, maintain asset inventories, and support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing staff. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and customer service in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Provide frontline IT support to end users.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Log incidents and assist with basic network issues.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Assist users with password resets and account lockouts.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN connectivity.
• Log and track incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Assist with software updates and routine maintenance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup.
• Maintain IT asset inventory records.
