Drake International Singapore invites applications for a Junior Operations Executive to join our hedge fund operations team in Singapore. You will support daily fund operations, coordinate with investment and finance teams, and liaise with external counterparties to ensure accurate processing of transactions.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in finance-related fields, possess strong numerical ability, and are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Banking or related field.
• Fresh graduates or early-career candidates welcome with strong academics.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and trade lifecycle is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities of the fund and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Assist with reconciliations, onboarding of counterparties, and documentation.
• Monitor cash balances, margins, and funding movements.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with NAV calculations.
