Kapps Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Software QA Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team.

You will focus on software testing and quality assurance while supporting business analysis and documentation across banking/financial services projects. Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing concepts.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, or willingness to learn.
Willingness to learn and use command-line instructions and technical testing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in banking/financial services, API testing, test automation, or familiarity with Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases from requirements and specs.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and SIT testing.
Identify, document, and track defects with developers to ensure timely fixes.
Support SIT and UAT, including test execution, issue investigation, and defect resolution.
Monitor testing progress and prepare test execution reports and defect summaries.
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
Prepare functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
Work with stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
