Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a motivated Test Analyst to ensure quality, reliability, and security of core banking, digital, and payment applications. You will bridge gaps between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and effective test delivery.

Responsibilities include SIT/UAT execution, defect management, and collaboration with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to drive quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years hands-on software testing/QA, with banking/fintech exposure preferred.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with SIT and supporting UAT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Test Execution: perform SIT and UAT test cases within project timelines.
• Defect Management: log, track, and re-test defects using standard tools.
• UAT Coordination: assist business stakeholders during UAT and clarify expected outcomes.
• Collaboration: work with developers, BAs, and PMs to troubleshoot issues.
• Test Reporting: provide daily test execution and defect status updates to Test Lead/Manager.
• Documentation: maintain test logs, traceability matrices, and end-of-test summaries.
