Job summary

UARROW PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Software and Applications Manager to lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation across digital banking, data and AI, finance, regulatory reporting and risk.

You will provide technical and programme leadership across the full implementation lifecycle, including design, migration, testing, deployment, governance and continuous improvement, collaborating with senior stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related discipline, or relevant senior technology management experience.
• Extensive experience in enterprise technology transformation and application delivery.
• Strong experience in digital banking, financial services or banking technology.
• Experience managing large-scale technology programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of Data & AI platforms, analytics and enterprise technology.
• Experience across solution design, implementation, migration, testing and deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior business and technology leadership.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, vendor management and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of technology governance, risk and change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation programmes.
• Oversee the design, development, integration and implementation of technology solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Data, AI, Digital Banking, Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end implementation activities covering planning, solution design, migration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Work with senior business, technology and architecture stakeholders to define solutions and delivery priorities.
• Establish programme governance, RAID management, executive reporting and steering committee processes.
• Manage technology vendors, partners, budgets and delivery resources.
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts, technology evaluations, RFQs and RFPs.
• Oversee application performance, quality, risk and delivery standards.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data and analytics platforms and technology solutions.
• Manage resource and capacity planning across local and regional teams.
• Identify opportunities for technology optimisation, operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure appropriate technology, security, risk and governance considerations are incorporated into solution delivery.
