Job summary
BIT SOLUTION PTE. LTD. seeks a System & Storage Engineer to deliver enterprise projects, design technical solutions, and provide advanced troubleshooting for system and storage deployments.
You will lead technical implementations, support L2 managed services, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery with quality. Proficiency in VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix, SAN/NAS, cloud platforms, backups, and Microsoft services is required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in system integration project implementation.
- 3+ years implementing/migrating SAN storage solutions.
- 3+ years VMware/Hyper-V virtualization experience.
- 2+ years implementing Cisco UCS, HP, or Dell servers.
- 2 years Microsoft enterprise products experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation of enterprise system and storage projects.
- Provide Level 2 managed services support during shifts.
- Analyze objectives to derive Scope of Work documents.
- Develop diagrams to illustrate system setups.
- Troubleshoot complex system infrastructure.
- Work weekends/after hours to meet deadlines.
- Ensure deliverables meet scope, timelines, quality.
- Prepare configuration, tests, handover docs, as-built diagrams.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, vendors, and customers.
