Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Application Project Manager to drive enterprise application initiatives across the full SDLC in Singapore. You will collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and support staff to deliver requirements, designs, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

You will manage BRDs, functional specs, and technical documents, coordinate development and validations (SIT/UAT), handle changes and service requests, and ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business IT.
• 3-5 years of IT project management or related experience.
• Experience across the full SDLC.
• Experience gathering BRDs, functional specs and technical requirement documents.
• Experience with audit findings remediation or security-related improvements.
• Familiar with SharePoint and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage application projects and enhancements across the full SDLC.
• Engage business users to identify process gaps and pain points.
• Develop BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production.
• Manage maintenance, production support, and service requests.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Support remediation of audit findings and compliance gaps.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover to BAU/support.
• Administer SharePoint-based solutions and workflows.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops.
