Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Technology Risk & Control Specialist to drive risk engagement across ERP and RCSA, with emphasis on QA testing, business continuity, and risk mitigation programs. You will collaborate with Global Information Security and risk leads to respond to audits and regulatory inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT and 4–6+ years in IT risk or control roles, with certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, or CISA being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is required.
• Experience in IT risk management or technology risk controls is essential.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISA are advantageous.
• Experience in banking/financial services risk/audit contexts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive risk engagement and issue identification across ERP, RCSA, eRIC, SIAI, JDI, AIAI, RIAI etc.
• Lead QA testing, application business continuity, and risk tool adoption with JIRA.
• Manage senior stakeholders communication and reporting on risk topics.
• Develop and socialize risk mitigation strategies across processes.
• Foster a proactive risk culture of Identify, Escalate, Debate.
• Respond to regulatory changes and drive mitigation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GCIBT teams and information security to audits and inquiries.
• Assist owners with remediation of significant risks and audit findings.
• Identify opportunities to streamline risk management processes across divisions.
