Job summary

Housing & Development Board seeks a proactive risk leadership professional to strengthen organisational resilience through enterprise risk management and emergency planning. You will review and enhance ERM frameworks, develop policies and tools, and work with stakeholders to monitor enterprise risks.

The role may also cover C3 system lifecycle activities and readiness exercises. You should bring a background in business, IT or risk management, plus strong analytical, writing and presentation

Qualifications

• Background in Business, Information Technology, Risk Management or any suitable discipline.
• Self-motivated team player with analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in risk-management, business continuity, operational readiness or crisis management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance organisational resilience via enterprise risk management (ERM) and emergency planning.
• Lead the review and enhancement of the ERM framework, strengthening risk governance.
• Develop risk management policies, methodologies and tools; identify, assess and monitor enterprise risks.
• Foster a strong risk culture and equip staff with risk-management capabilities.
• Develop strategies and operational plans; conduct validation exercises and readiness programmes.
• Possibly contribute to the lifecycle of a new C3 System, including planning, design, testing and deployment.
