Job summary

CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple business units in Singapore.

The role involves translating business needs into technology solutions, coordinating across sponsors and teams, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery of projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a financial services environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while managing vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preference for candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in securities/finance.
• PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in digitization and application transformation projects is highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all business units to understand needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, work plan and schedule.
• Communicate effectively to translate between technology solutions and business priorities.
• Set clear expectations with business units regarding what can be achieved in technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to formulate effective options and solutions.
• Manage conflicts and ensure processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Engage and manage stakeholders from senior leaders to end users.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery of solutions when required.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews to evaluate progress with stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc training to educate business users on IT processes and engagement.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates who have over 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Exposure to the securities or financial industry is preferred.
• Experience in digitization and application transformation projects is highly valued.
• The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to take ownership of their responsibilities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Travel to regional offices maybe required.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL is advantageous.
