Job summary

I.O.T. WORKZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Delivery Lead to steer software delivery, coordinate engineering teams, and ensure the timely delivery of enterprise applications built with Microsoft .NET. The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management across local and offshore teams.

You will mentor engineers, review solutions, and help shape test, deployment, and release practices to ensure reliable, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Strong programming skills in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET and OO programming.
• Experience developing enterprise web apps, RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, database design and SQL optimisation.
• Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, design patterns and best practices.
• Experience leading software modules or workstreams, including planning and delivery coordination.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan schedules and milestones; estimate effort and delivery plans.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, and maintenance of .NET apps and APIs.
• Track risks, dependencies, and delivery issues; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Review technical solutions and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, production deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Mentor engineers; conduct code reviews and assist with complex issues.
• Prepare project reports and communicate with Business Analysts, QA, users, and Offshore Development Centre.
• Promote engineering best practices and reusable components.
