Job summary

StarHub Ltd is seeking a hands-on, strategic Product Manager to lead the enterprise mobile portfolio in Singapore. You’ll drive tariffs, VAS, and 5G/M2M offerings while shaping the roadmap, influencing commercial performance, and leading a four-person PM team.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, and Finance to grow market share, maintain ARPU, and evolve from pay-per-use to high-value subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years in product management, ideally in telco/enterprise software.
• At least 3 years in mobile products: tariffs, VAS, leasing, and/or enterprise mobile services.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for mobile tariffs, VAS, 5G/M2M enterprise offerings, and device lifecycle services.
• Shape vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise mobile and connectivity products.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers; foster experimentation and delivery.
• Own 5G/M2M product roadmap and evolve based on market opportunity and readiness.
• Collaborate with IS, GTM, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to deliver product innovation and commercial outcomes.
• Manage partner contracts and alliances with OEMs, device vendors, leasing, and insurance.
• Use financial metrics and large data sets to drive decisions and simplify the portfolio.
