Job summary

Thakral One in Singapore is seeking a Senior MECM / SCCM Administrator to lead the administration, optimisation, and governance of MECM/SCCM across a large enterprise. You will ensure endpoint compliance, OS lifecycle management, software deployment, patching, platform health, and secure service delivery.

Qualifications

• 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years MECM/SCCM.
• Expert knowledge of MECM/SCCM architecture, client management, OS deployment, updates, reporting, and compliance.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimise MECM/SCCM infrastructure.
• Design OS deployment solutions for Windows client and server platforms.
• Plan monthly security patching, software update deployments, and vulnerability remediation.
• Package, test, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise applications using MECM.
• Monitor site health and availability across MP, DP, and boundary groups.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting for client health, content distribution, policy processing, patching, and task sequences.
• Produce endpoint inventory, compliance, and audit reports for stakeholders.
• Integrate MECM with Intune and support co-management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation; coordinate lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate incidents, problems, changes and service requests via ServiceNow.
