Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery or platform architecture.
At least 8 years in Marketing Technology, Customer Engagement, CRM or Marketing Automation architecture.
Proven track record defining and implementing enterprise-scale MarTech strategies in large institutions or multinational organizations.
Strong experience in platform modernization, architecture transformation and cloud adoption.
Deep understanding of customer engagement ecosystems, journey orchestration and data management.

Responsibilities

Define and own the target-state architecture and technology roadmap for the MarTech ecosystem across markets.
Act as the principal architecture authority for marketing automation platforms, CDP, personalization engines, and campaign delivery solutions.
Drive the future-state vision for real-time personalization and omni-channel marketing capabilities.
Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures and technology standards.
Lead evaluation, selection and adoption of strategic MarTech platforms and technologies.
Collaborate with business, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Security and Risk teams to define scalable solutions.
Design end-to-end customer engagement ecosystems and integration patterns across Core Banking, CRM, Data Lake and APIs.
Govern architecture reviews to ensure alignment with long-term objectives and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and delivery teams.
Lead proofs-of-concept and vendor collaboration to maximize platform value.
