Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an Application Architect – AI Applications to design and lead secure, scalable Gen AI applications across frontend, backend, and cloud layers. You will set architecture direction, mentor Fullstack Developers, and work with Cloud and AI Engineers to deliver production-ready solutions using multi-cloud services.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of IT experience with 2+ years hands-on in AI/Gen AI application development.
• Professional-level cloud certification on at least one major provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong technical skills in ReactJS and Python, with the ability to build solutions and guide others.
• Proficiency in frontend tools (Redux, TypeScript).
• Understanding of API design, service boundaries, scalability, and security-by-design.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and exposure to GCC/HCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end application architecture for Gen AI applications, ensuring alignment between frontend, backend, and cloud/agentic infrastructure design.
• Define and enforce architectural guardrails across microservices boundaries and security-by-design.
• Guide and review frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Python/FastAPI/Flask) development and remain hands-on when needed.
• Set technical direction on API design, state management, and integration patterns.
• Work with models and LLMs via cloud AI services and implement RAG pipelines and LLMOps practices.
