Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is recruiting a Microsoft 365 Engineer to lead design, implementation and delivery of M365 services across the organization, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.

You will drive cloud adoption, M365 rollout and Copilot enablement while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to meet regional regulatory requirements (APAC focus).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 engineering.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale deployments in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the Microsoft 365 environment across regions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of M365 initiatives, including tenant rollout and feature deployment.
• Ensure security, compliance, governance and operational standards are met across platforms.
• Provide L3 engineering support and drive improvements in SLAs and service health.
