Job summary

Kerry Consulting in Singapore is hiring a Lead Endpoint Engineer to own a large-scale Windows and mobile EUC environment (over 15,000 endpoints). The role blends hands-on engineering with architectural decision-making and mentoring, focusing on Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/ConfigMgr, and endpoint security.

You will translate broad objectives into a practical technical roadmap, drive end‑to‑end delivery, and advance automation using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of endpoint engineering or EUC experience.
• Proven ownership of a large-scale Windows endpoint environment.
• Experience mentoring and leading other engineers.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, BitLocker and Windows compliance.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation with Microsoft Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and engineering standards for the endpoint environment.
• Own the roadmap for provisioning, Windows lifecycle, encryption, patching and MDM.
• Lead Windows Autopilot implementations across Entra joined and hybrid environments; maintain Intune.
• Plan Windows feature upgrades and end-of-life migrations; manage Windows Update for Business and security controls.
• Mentor junior engineers; drive architecture reviews, tooling evaluation, and automation with PowerShell and Graph API.
