Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced infrastructure presales professional to translate business needs into concrete technical solutions. You will design, document and propose enterprise infrastructure architectures across servers, storage and virtualization, while supporting the sales cycle with compelling demonstrations and workshops.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex requirements to customers and partners, and to stay

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure presales or equivalent customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise server and storage solutions across major vendors.
• Good understanding of virtualization and hyperconverged infra technologies like VMware/Nutanix.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos, workshops or PoC activities as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies and vendor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand infrastructure requirements and translate business needs into suitable technical solutions
• Design and recommend enterprise infrastructure solutions covering servers, storage, virtualisation and related technologies
• Prepare solution proposals, technical specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM) and solution architecture for customer opportunities
• Support the sales team throughout the presales cycle, including customer meetings, technical presentations and solution discussions
• Work with technology vendors and partners to validate solution designs, specifications, pricing inputs and technical requirements
• Support tender and RFP responses by providing technical solution inputs and documentation
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops or Proof-of-Concept activities where required
• Maintain current knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, vendor solutions and industry developments

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure presales, solution engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong knowledge of enterprise server and storage solutions, preferably across platforms such as Dell Technologies, HPE and/or NetApp
• Good understanding of virtualisation and hyperconverged infrastructure technologies such as VMware and Nutanix
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical customer solutions
