Job summary

SJ Group in Singapore is recruiting an Enterprise Governance Analyst on a 12-month contract to support the Enterprise Governance Intelligence unit. The role focuses on governance, risk-management and decision-support analysis across the organisation.

The successful candidate will review materials for completeness, analyze data from multiple units and help drive process improvements using data-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, risk management, corporate governance, accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, legal operations, internal audit, commercial management or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience designing or operating risk-management frameworks, registers and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day governance and risk-management activities across the Group.
• Review management and decision-support materials for completeness and clarity.
• Analyse data from multiple business units and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Coordinate inputs and follow-up actions across corporate functions.
• Maintain records, track outstanding actions and drive process improvements.
• Leverage digital and data-enabled tools to enhance reporting.
• Conduct research on governance, risk and organisational matters as required.

SJ Group, a global urban and infrastructure consultancy, is hiring an Enterprise Governance Analyst on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role supports the Enterprise Governance Intelligence (EGI) unit by delivering governance, risk-management and decision-support analysis.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, risk management, corporate governance, accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, legal operations, internal audit, commercial management or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience designing or operating risk-management frameworks, registers and reporting.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, due-diligence or approval processes (desirable).
